Brandon Gadberry, MSW
Brandon Gadberry, MSW, is the Director of Admissions and Assessments at Serenity House. With over 20 years of social work experience, he specializes in behavioral health and person-centered care, coordinating comprehensive intake assessments and resident transition planning.

AREA SUPERVISOR
Kristina Wiggins Shannon
Kristina Wiggins Shannon oversees female homes in the Warren and Michigan territory. She has extensive experience working with children and adults with autism and focuses on ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and staff performance.

AREA SUPERVISOR
Cortaz Harvey
Cortaz Harvey serves as Area Supervisor for homes in Detroit and Warren. With a degree in Business Administration, he manages home managers and direct care staff, prioritizing regulatory compliance and residential development.

Haily Gadberry manages and supports home managers and direct care staff across White Lake and Flint areas. Her leadership ensures residents receive high-quality, person-centered care in a supportive and compliant environment.

Toney Baker
Toney Baker leads initiatives to strengthen relationships with families, guardians, and community partners. He focuses on fostering inclusive partnerships and promoting awareness of Serenity House's mission across the communities it serves.

DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTING
Bede Obasi
Bede Obasi oversees all financial reporting and compliance for Serenity House. His role ensures fiscal responsibility and supports the organization's mission to provide high-quality care through transparency and financial sustainability.

VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR
Diana Wiggins
Diana Wiggins organizes and leads a team of volunteers who support residents through community involvement. She plays a key role in planning outings and on-site services, enriching the lives of residents through selfless service.

HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST
Nichole Allen
Nichole Allen manages recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. She ensures compliance with licensing requirements for direct care workers and supports a well-prepared workforce across all Serenity House locations.

DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES & SAFETY
Alexander Tyler Jr.
Alexander Tyler Jr. oversees maintenance, health, fire safety, and emergency preparedness. Formally trained as an EMT and Firefighter, he brings firsthand knowledge of safety requirements to ensure all facilities operate at peak standards.

VISITING PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN
Dr. Anthony Spearman
Dr. Anthony Spearman provides on-site coordinated medical oversight for residents. His focus is on preventive healthcare and chronic condition management, bringing a patient-centered, collaborative approach to the Serenity House medical model.
