The Serenity House Resident Enrichment Center is a dedicated space created exclusively for Serenity House residents to support community integration, life skills development, and meaningful social engagement beyond the home environment.
Designed with our residents’ growth, independence, and quality of life in mind, the Enrichment Center provides a safe, supervised setting where residents can participate in structured activities, group programming, and hands-on learning experiences—while remaining fully supported by trained Serenity House staff.
A Space Built for Engagement & Growth
The Center offers a welcoming, open environment equipped with:

Tables and chairs for group activities and classes

Games, creative materials, and enrichment supplies

A refrigerator stocked with snacks and fresh fruit

Secure medication storage for residents present during medication times

Ample parking and secure code-based access for multiple homes

Staff remain on site with residents at all times, ensuring continuity of care, safety, and support.
Life Skills & Enrichment Programming
In addition to daily activities and community outings, the Enrichment Center will host monthly structured life-skills trainings, including:

Job readiness and interview preparation

Resume writing and workplace expectations

Dressing for success

Budgeting and money management

Cooking classes and practical life skills

Guest speakers and interest-based workshops
Residents will complete workbooks and hands-on assignments and receive certificates of completion to recognize their progress and achievements.
Community Integration & Company Events
Activities at the Enrichment Center count toward community access, allowing residents to engage socially in a supportive group setting. The space will also be used for Serenity House events and trainings, with a capacity of approximately 100 people.
